Every year on November 10, Yasui Konpiragu hosts the 'Shuki Hitaki-sai' (Autumn Fire Ritual). This sacred ceremony is held to express gratitude for the autumn harvest and to pray for protection and warmth as the winter season approaches. Following a solemn ritual at the main shrine, wooden prayer tablets (gomagi) containing the wishes of devotees are burned in a ritual fire pit in the front courtyard, symbolizing the sending of prayers to the heavens.
