The Autumn Sakura Festival at Sakura淵 Park in Shinshiro, Aichi, is a special event held at a historic cherry blossom site. This location is famous for trees believed to have been planted by the lord of Shinshiro Castle, Suganuma Sadamitsu. After a 10-year hiatus, this festival returns to celebrate not just the beauty of the blossoms, but the spirit of 'mederu' (appreciating and caring for) nature. The event focuses on passing down the tradition of tree maintenance and conservation to the next generation.
